On Thursday 4th February our Infant school held their annual Sports Day. The Year one and two students participated in a carousel of activities which showcased the skills that they have been developing in their PE classes. These activities included a three legged race, 30m dash, obstacle course, jumping station, sack race, soccer shoot out, throwing for distance and accuracy as well as a team work relay game. Our youngest members of the community in Little KICS and Reception had great fun participating in lots of different races and fun games with their mum’s and dad’s. While they were enjoying ice-creams and receiving certificates our Year one’s and two were finishing the day off with team relay races, sprint finals and of course, everyone’s favourite, the mum’s and dad’s races.

         

Ice-creams for everyone and medals for the top sprinters followed to complete another fun Infants Sports Day.
