HOW DO I APPLY FOR A PLACE AT KICS? The application process is designed to help parents make an informed choice for their child's education.
Step 1 : Information • Check the school's website: www.kics.sd
• Contact the School Registrar for an Information Pack.
• Make an appointment to visit the school for a tour, to ask questions and to collect an Information Pack.
• If possible, speak to parents of children already enrolled at KICS.
Step 2 : Application Complete the KICS application form and supply all the required documents listed on the form. The form can be downloaded from the school website and can be submitted electronically by email or delivered to the school in hard copy. We will acknowledge receipt of your application and the School Registrar will contact you to discuss the assessment stage if a place is available.
Step 3 : Assessment All children are assessed prior to entry. The assessment has two components:
• An assessment of previous school history (reports and other documentation).
• An assessment of academic ability either on campus or by distance in the case of overseas applications.
